I'm on a mission to empower others to view the world through a different lens.
A few years ago I started taking pictures for fun. But, after dealing with, and seeing my friends struggle with the misery of depression and other mental health issues, I knew I could use my photographs as a way of raising awareness for mental health. By connecting my images to a deeper meaning I was able to spread subtle messages about mental health. almost 4 years later and I continue to do the same, falling in love with photography more and more with each click of the shutter.
I've always had a love for nature photography, and I've spent a lot of time honing my skills in capturing the perfect shot of a mountain vista or a beautiful sunset. I also love the energy and excitement of sports photography, and I enjoy capturing the action and movement of competitive events.
One of my greatest strengths as a photographer is my ability to make my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera, whether I'm capturing an individual portrait or a family photo. I believe that each person has a unique personality and expression, and I strive to capture that essence in every photo I take.
When I'm not behind the lens, I enjoy exploring new landscapes, hiking, and spending time with my friends and family. Giving back to my community is also important to me, and I regularly volunteer my services for local events and charities. Photography for me is more than a job, it is my passion.
I currently do private photos ranging from senior photos, sports shoots, action photography, etc. You name it, I can do it. I also am employed part-time with Smaxart Photography and I am the photographer of all four Sequoyah High School soccer teams.
